so i just wanted to take a moment and let you all know what i do with most my free time. so i ride my bike. the thing is that is not just any kind of bike. its a fixed gear. it works like a unicycle. just google it and it will help explain it. fixed gears are kinda of becoming the new urban bikes. they were originally track bike for velodromes but bike messengers started to use them on the street. well here is a couple likes so you can kinda get a feel for them and the culture that goes with them.

thanks for reading
so i am going to update more guys because i now know that you are reading or at least looking at my blog. so thanks again everyone for making me feel special.
Red Mango
so if you live in salt lake or near a red mango check it out. so the story starts out like this. my sister called this morning with her new obsession that she found on some blog. so its called red mango. its a yogurt shop that serves authentic frozen yogurt and its supposed to be the next big thing according to USA today (http://www.usatoday.com/money/smallbusiness/2007-12-30-red-mango_N.htm).i am sure most have heard of it already or maybe its close competition called pinkberry. as the day continued my sister keep calling me and wanted me to go try it for. the reason for this, is that the closet one to her is in san jose and she didn't know if it would be worth the 3 hour drive. i finally got home from school and i googled it. so i guess red mango started in south korea in 2002 and is now making to the states. but pinkberry, which most people say its a copycat of red mango, opened its doors in the U.S. in 2005 in southern cailfornia. so in the end i went and i must say its worth the drive. they have the coolest toppings like fruity pebbles, caption crunch and bunch of other fruits and things. the thing is the only have two types of frozen yogurt though. they are original and green tea. i went with green tea frozen yogurt, topped with blueberries and coco pebbles. so good!!!!!. so in the end check out redmangousa.com to see if there is one near and if there is go there, fast...
